Our oil mill in Illasi, set within an ancient farmhouse,
it is the heart of the company.

It is the place where everything originates:
this is where the olives become Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

THE PROCESSING

The processing takes place within a few hours of harvesting, with an innovative, two-phase continuous cycle extraction system.

The oil is stored immediately after filtration in stainless steel tanks in the absence of oxygen within a temperature-controlled room. The product remains sealed until bottling.
